"Banks are engaged in a country-wide campaign, being conducted at Gram Panchayat level from July 1, 2025 to September 30, 2025, for saturation of Financial Inclusion (FI) schemes, as part of which, re-KYC of bank accounts is also being undertaken. The camps are also being utilized to create awareness about unclaimed deposits and to redress grievances. As on August 11, 2025, over 1.41 lakh camps have been held and re-KYC in over 35 lakh accounts has been completed. The progress in achievement of the expected outcomes is being monitored closely by the Government and Reserve Bank."

"Due to ongoing geopolitical uncertainties and logistical disruptions, Reserve Bank of India has been receiving representations from various stakeholders regarding challenges in adhering to the timelines for realisation of export proceeds. In this regard, Reserve Bank had advised extension in the time period for realisation and repatriation of full export value of goods/software/services exported from India from nine months to fifteen months from the date of export from India. It is clarified that the above relaxations shall continue to remain in force. Exporters may continue to avail the facility in accordance with the conditions stipulated therein. Additionally, as part of the above measures, the period for realisation of both pre-shipment and post-shipment export credit was enhanced to 450 days, for disbursals made till March 31, 2026..."

"With a view to provide further impetus to the ongoing campaigns, Governor Shri Sanjay Malhotra visited a camp at Gozaria Gram Panchayat, Mehsana, Gujarat on August 11, 2025. MD & CEO, Bank of Baroda was present along with Regional Director, RBI and senior officials from other banks. During the visit, Governor interacted with bank customers, business correspondents, Self Help Groups as well as representatives of various banks who participated in the camp. Addressing the participants on this occasion, Governor underscored the importance of greater collaboration among banks, RBI and local communities to make banking services more accessible to all citizens and to improve the coverage of various financial inclusion schemes of the Government through these campaigns."

Ans 2: वर्तमान में जारी भू-राजनीतिक अनिश्चितताओं और रसद संबंधी व्यवधानों के कारण, भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक निर्यात आय की वसूली के लिए समय सीमा का पालन करने में चुनौतियों के संबंध में विभिन्न हितधारकों से अभ्यावेदन प्राप्त कर रहा है। इस संबंध में, रिजर्व बैंक ने भारत से निर्यात किए गए माल / सॉफ्टवेयर / सेवाओं के पूर्ण निर्यात मूल्य की वसूली और प्रत्यावर्तन के लिए नौ महीने से बढ़ाकर पंद्रह महीने तक की अवधि के लिए सलाह दी थी। यह स्पष्ट किया जाता है कि उपरोक्त छूट लागू रहेगी। निर्यातक उसमें निर्धारित शर्तों के अनुसार सुविधा का लाभ उठाना जारी रख सकते हैं। इसके अलावा, उपरोक्त उपायों के हिस्से के रूप में, मार्च 31, 2026 तक किए गए वितरण के लिए प्री-शिपमेंट और पोस्ट-शिपमेंट निर्यात क्रेडिट दोनों की वसूली की अवधि को बढ़ाकर 450 दिन कर दिया गया था।

Ans 3: चल रहे अभियानों को और बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्य से, राज्यपाल श्री संजय मल्होत्रा ने 11 अगस्त, 2025 को गुजरात के मेहसाणा में गोजरिया ग्राम पंचायत में एक शिविर का दौरा किया। बैंक ऑफ बड़ौदा के एमडी और सीईओ क्षेत्रीय निदेशक, आरबीआई और अन्य बैंकों के वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों के साथ उपस्थित थे। दौरे के दौरान, राज्यपाल ने बैंक ग्राहकों, व्यवसाय संवाददाताओं, स्वयं सहायता समूहों के साथ-साथ शिविर में भाग लेने वाले विभिन्न बैंकों के प्रतिनिधियों के साथ बातचीत की। इस अवसर पर प्रतिभागियों को संबोधित करते हुए, राज्यपाल ने सभी नागरिकों के लिए बैंकिंग सेवाओं को अधिक सुलभ बनाने और इन अभियानों के माध्यम से सरकार की विभिन्न वित्तीय समावेशन योजनाओं के कवरेज में सुधार करने के लिए बैंकों, आरबीआई और स्थानीय समुदायों के बीच अधिक सहयोग के महत्व पर जोर दिया
