On-line Applications with separate fee are invited from eligible candidate to fill up following posts in the Establishment of High Court, Allahabad under The Allahabad High Court Private Secretaries (Condition of Service) Rules, 2001 and the Allahabad High Court Private Secretaries (Condition of Service) (Amendment) Rules, 2019 and orders as issued by Hon'ble The Chief Justice from time to time in this regard:

Bachelor Degree and good knowledge of English Stenography (i.e. speed of 100 w.p.m. in English Shorthand &40 w.p.m. in English Typewriting) and having good knowledge in Computer.

Additional Private Secretary (Hindi)

21 years to 35 years as on 01.07.2021.

Bachelor Degree and good knowledge of Hindi Stenography (i.e. speed of 80 w.p.m. in Hindi Shorthand &30 w.p.m. in Hindi Typewriting) and having good knowledge in Computer

The number of vacancies in each category may increase or decrease. Vertical reservation for S.C., S.T. and O.B.C. of U.P. and Horizontal reservation as per rules shall be applicable. Maximum age limit shall in the case of candidates of the S.C., S.T. & other categories candidates of U.P. be enhanced as per applicable rules.

Fee for General (Unreserved) and OBC category candidates for each post shall be Rs.1200/- (bank charges extra) and the fee for SC/ST category of Uttar Pradesh for each post shall be Rs. 1000/- (bank charges extra). The candidates belonging to the Horizontal category shall have to pay fees according to their original category.

For mode of examination and other relevant details kindly refer to the detailed advertisement. The information regarding Date, Time and Venue of the Examination/Tests shall be intimated to the candidates through online admit cards only.

Candidates may get the details of On-line Application, Detailed Advertisement, General Instructions and apply On-line on the official Web-site of this Hon'ble Court i.e. www.allahabadhighcourt.in and https://recruitment.nta.nic.in.

Note:- Candidates can apply for both the posts of Additional Private Secretary (English) and Additional Private Secretary (Hindi) in a common online application form and have to pay required fee separately for each post.
