Validity of PGCAR or other Certificate Course in Translation for SSC JHT Exams

It is really a mind blowing question which I always come across whenever I am on my social medial platforms(telegram/WhatsApp etc). Despite several explanations lot's of candidates keep on asking such questions. Few of them is appended below:- To all the respected members here ! आदरणीय श्री,कृपया PGCAR की मान्यता के बारे में बताइए? क्या वह SSC JHT में मान्य होगा?? In response to above,I have put a logical answer for all such candidates. 1. You win either way.If you have PGCAR only and  don't any other option then go ahead and apply. We will also be eager to know this from you outcome. 2. If you are in doubt, please take admission in PGDT. IGNOU is accepting admission till 30th Aug. 3. Legally speaking if you go to the para 7.1. of the final notification about the ssc jht recruitment published on ssc website it is mentioned (quote) Recognized Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English & viceversa or two years experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central or State Government Office, including Government of India Undertaking.(unquote) It clearly mentioned a certificate or diploma course In such scenario please check whether your institution and the course is recognised by the affiliated college or university or not. The recruiting agency does not have any authority to recognise or derecognise any course authenticated by any educational institution. And,if you are still in doubt, please follow the rule No.1.😉

SSC JHT EXAM ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA के संबंध में मेरे पास अक्सर अभ्यर्थियों के फोन आते रहते हैं। इस परीक्षा की पात्रता के संबंध में SSC की अधिकृत वेबसाइट के अतिरिक्त किसी भी वेबपेज में आपको स्पष्ट जानकारी नहीं ही मिलेगी। कई लोग इस अस्पष्टता के कारण पात्र होते हुए भी परीक्षा का फोरम मारे भाय के भरते ही नहीं। जबतक वे मेरे भाषा शिक्षण यूट्यूब चैनल तक पहुंचते हैं तबटक बहुत देर हो चुकी होती है और फिर उनकी फोरम भरने की उम्र बीत चुकी होती है। इसी तरह से IBPS SPECIALIST OFFICER(RAJBHASHA) की परीक्षा से संबंधित भी काफी शंका है लोगों के मन में । आज की इस चर्चा में इससे संबंधित आपकी समस्त शंकाओं का समाधान प्रस्तुत करने जा रहा हूँ । 

सबसे पहले आपको SSC JHT EXAM ELIGIBILITY CRITGERIA के बारे में विशेष जानकारी दे दूँ 

1. आपके पास किसी भी विषय में मास्टर डिग्री होनी चाहिए(MA, M.Com, M.Sc, MBA, M.Tech, MD)

2. अनुवाद में डिप्लोमा, सर्टिफिकेट कोर्स या फिर पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट डिप्लोमा होना आवश्यक है। 

3.  यदि मास्टर डिग्री में अंग्रेजी विषय हो या अंग्रेजी माध्यम हो तो --- स्नातक(Graduation) में हिंदी एक विषय या माध्यम होना आवश्यक है । 

4. यदि मास्टर डिग्री में हिंदी विषय हो या हिंदी  माध्यम हो तो --- स्नातक(Graduation) में अंग्रेजी एक विषय या माध्यम होना आवश्यक है ।  

हिंदी और अंग्रेजी यदि एक वर्ष भी आपने पढ़ी हो और उसका नंबर आपके परीक्षा परिणाम में लिखा हो तो आप पात्र हैं। आवश्यक नहीं हैं कि आपने तीनों वर्ष हिंदी अथवा अंग्रेजी या दोनों पढ़ी हो। 

 सबसे आवश्यक है कि आप अपने स्नातक और पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट की पढ़ाई का मीडियम सर्टिफिकेट अपने कॉलेज या विश्वविद्यालय से बनवा लें चाहे आपने स्नातक में हिंदी अंग्रेजी पढ़ी हो या न हो। कई बार इनके अभाव में डॉक्युमेंट वेरीफिकेशन में दिक्कत आती है। 

इसी प्रकार से  IBPS SPECIALIST OFFICER(RAJBHASHA) के लिए आपके पास एमए हिंदी होना आवश्यक है साथ ही स्नातक में अंग्रेजी एक विषय आवश्यक है चाहे वह एक ही सेमेस्टर में हो या फिर एक वर्ष या दो वर्ष।
